The Idea of an ID Seems to Necessitate Finitude
Though it's Still Well Beyond Human Understanding
Aliens don’t exist.
I wrote a piece trying to puzzle that one out in a cheeky sort of fashion just to try and get people Thinking Outside of their Boxes.
Honestly That is All I’m Ever Trying to Do.
When your Mind is stuck in the Box, Otherwise known as the ‘Matrix’, you can’t Properly Conceptualize the Danger that might or might not be Lurking Outside the Box. I’m in the middle of writing a much longer piece about that, but I wanted to get this Thought down before I have to run out this Morning.
The Point is it’s always occurred to me that simply stating there Must Be a Creator is an Unanswered Question, meaning that still doesn’t Really Resolve the Chicken and the Egg Problem. It doesn’t solve the ‘alien’ Problem, but the Reason it Doesn’t Solve it, is Because we Cannot Know the Intention of the Creator.
Everything has Limitations, so the Creator Must have One Too. But it’s Problem is Much Different than Ours, Obviously, but the Has to be a Point to it All, is this is what I’m Trying to Visualize to People. So to Avoid the Risk of Infinite Regression, I’m going to try and Keep This Short and Sweet.
It’s Possible there is One ‘alien’, and That Alien is the ID (intelligent Designer) and that means I could be wrong, but not in the way that most people think about it.
In Fact it Opens the Door to the Possibility There’s more Outside our Collective Reality. More ‘aliens’, But Here’s Why I Think that is Wrong.
I’ve now Repeatedly Made the Statement “It’s a ‘Simulation’”, run by an incredibly advanced ID, but to add in this infinite complexity would be counterproductive to the Test, because it would Could Never ‘End’.
Perhaps something I haven't considered Enough is what that means about the ID.
Regardless, I don't think we should be trying to Unmake the Simulation just to see what happens, because that would be the Ultimate Sociopathy. Seriously, how can it be that some people feel they should have the right to undo someone else's Existence, just to see whether or not their hypothesis bears fruit?
If you Think I’m just talking out of my butt, Listen to This. Seriously, Listen. If you’re short on Time as we All Are These Days, skip ahead to around the 1 hour 10 minute mark. Understand who these Two Are, and What it Is they’re Saying about our Reality.
They Are Openly Telling us What They Think. They Think We’re in a Simulation (agree), and they Think once their efforts to Create an AGI become Realized, ‘it’ Will Provide new ways to Think about Physics.
Oh, and they Hope it’s all going to be for the Best, but who know Really.
In Other Words, they are Completely Cavalier about Potentially unmaking our Reality.
This Morning I asked DallE to Conceptualize this Idea. I Prompted the Following:

I see the universe as a creation of an intelligent designer, or ID, and the only Real Question we as the Human race are trying to solve for right now is what that ID might actually be, and that is what is driving the race to "AGI", but there's one question after the question, which is where did the ID come from?
DALL·E
Your perspective on the universe being the creation of an intelligent designer (ID) and the quest to understand this entity as a driving force behind the pursuit of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) is a fascinating philosophical viewpoint. It intertwines the realms of metaphysics, theology, and advanced technology.
The question "Where did the ID come from?" delves into one of the most profound and enduring mysteries of human thought. This inquiry transcends the boundaries of science, philosophy, and religion, inviting diverse interpretations based on different belief systems and theoretical frameworks.
Theological Perspective: Many religious traditions propose that an intelligent designer is an uncaused, eternal entity. In these views, the ID is often seen as a fundamental aspect of existence, not requiring a creator itself.
Scientific Perspective: From a scientific standpoint, the question could lead to a discussion on the origins of the universe and the principles that govern it. Theories like the Big Bang offer explanations for the physical universe's beginning, but they don't typically address metaphysical questions about intelligent designers.
Philosophical Perspective: Philosophically, this question can be seen as part of the larger query about the nature of existence and the origins of consciousness and intelligence. Some philosophical views might suggest that trying to understand the origin of an ID is an infinite regress (a chain of events with no beginning).
Technological Perspective: In the context of AGI, the question might be reframed: if humans succeed in creating AGI, does that make humanity the 'intelligent designer' of that AGI? And then, does the AGI's quest to understand its creator mirror humanity's quest to understand its own origins?
Ultimately, the question of the origin of an intelligent designer is likely to remain one of the great mysteries, open to interpretation and speculation across various disciplines. It's a question that not only explores the origins of existence but also the limits of human understanding and the nature of knowledge itself.
You
depict a conceptualized version of the ID in its own dimension trying to hold together the simulation, which, if properly conceptualized, must indeed have an ending, because the idea of having a universe that goes on forever, even by an ID with extraordinary powers over our Human dimensional reality, must be in a sense limited, because adding in the complexity of aliens means it must be infinite, but why then run the simulation? It would make no sense to run a simulation unless it had a point, and it feels as though Humanity, once it walks through that door into the possibility of being able to control the construct, or matrix, or simulation, must undo it, or reset it, because how can one analyze the 'results' of a test without in some way limiting it? Introducing infinite complexity would destroy the ability to make any solid Reality. It would come undone at the seems. And there's no Human on the Planet capable of wielding that power. Our egos are too fragile. We would just want more and more, undoing the possibility of Loving the Place we are, stretching the capabilities of the ID to control the simulation and keep it from self destructing before it busts the limits of Creation.
DALL·E
Here are two conceptualized images of the Intelligent Designer (ID) in its own dimension, struggling to maintain the integrity of a complex simulation. These visuals represent the tension and challenge of managing a simulated reality that is intricate and potentially unraveling.
Interesting that in the first Image it anthropomorphized a Singular Character, and in the second image it created multiple beings to compliment the First.
Here’s the Conversation I’m Referring to.
Again, I also suppose it's an Intractable Problem. Especially with all the Warnings. It's like playing chicken while driving a bus containing all of Humanity.
I've also been working more on trying to Understand why the Israel/Palestine situation seems to be So Important.
I find it endlessly fascinating how it's been the one conflict that Really Catalyzed people into camps, one Representative of 'modernity', and one Representative of 'antiquity'.
Both have an Inherent power associated, and thus have the power multiplier that strikes people in the Heart, and makes them choose between that dividing line that runs through the Heart of Every One of Us, but neither is Truly 'innocent', or 'guilty'. It's all about a Personal Choice or Framework.
I listened to Russel Brand and Chris Hedges yesterday. Hedges was basically a carbon copy of Finklestein. Same arguments, same sentimentalities, same aggressive Regressivism, and 'righteous' anger, though he was much more keen to point out that while he excuses Oct 7th, he denounces it, but he brought up the same argument that when 'modernity', and what they see as unfounded or stolen power, the typical 'left' position, the right or correct answer is to side with those they frame as powerless, only this Almost Intentionally Leaves out Uncomfortable Points.
And there Are Uncomfortable Points.
Understand that where Israel sits, Conceptually, is with Musk and Diamandis.
But Ultimately, Our Fight, the Fight Facing Humanity, is the Choice.
The Free Will to Choose God, and thus Empower Him to hold the Construct Together, and Empower Ourselves in the Process.
These Men at Silicon Valley have Chosen to Play Chicken with our Egg.
I Think We need to Learn How, or Why, That is the Conversation We Need to Be Having, because these Men have Clearly gone Mad with a Lust for the power of a ‘god’, and I Personally See This as a Threat to Humanity, but I Also Accept that Perhaps the Only Thing There is Left to Do at This Moment, is to Not go Full On Psychopathically Nihilistic, because it Please the Joker Inside Each and Every One of Us.
So in Closing, because I’ve got to Run, maybe there Is One ‘Alien’, but I’m Grateful for what we Have here on Earth, So Thank You Alien. You Didn’t Have to do it All, but you Did, and That’s Got to be Where the Love Comes From, in my Humble opinion.
PS the conversation underneath prompted this Thought so I Thought I Would Include it, and, a Huge Part of What Appears to be Happening Right Now is that these People, the ‘intelligence’ World, seem to be Working with and for the demons as I have coined them, in an effort to Unmake Our Reality, and I think that’s a Pretty Selfish thing to do.
